Traveling by car

  • From Portland (Approx. 2.5 hours)

  • From Bend (Approx. 1 hour)

  • From the Bay Area (Approx. 8-9 hours)

Traveling by plane

We recommend flying into Redmond Airport (RDM), which has direct flights from select cities.

We recommend either renting a car (all major carriers) or arranging a shuttle from the airport to your lodging. Please consult this page for more information (https://flyrdm.com/parking-transit/taxis-ground-transportation/)

Event Transport, Assistance Around Property & Parking

Event Shuttles

Welcome Party – Friday

  • Departure: Shuttles will begin pickup at 6:00 PM from The Barn in Sisters, followed by a stop at Black Butte Ranch Main Lodge.

  • Return: Shuttles will be returning guests at 9:00 PM from the Main House

Wedding day – Saturday

  • Departure: Shuttles will begin at 3:00 PM, starting with pickup at The Barn in Sisters, followed by Black Butte Ranch Main Lodge. The first vehicle will begin at Black Butte.

  • Return: Shuttles will start returning guests at 9:30 PM from the Main House and run continuously until 11:00 PM. Two vehicles will remain onsite to ensure all guests have a ride back, with service continuing until 12:00 AM.

Assistance Around Property

Golf carts will be available at the venue for anyone who needs extra assistance getting around.

Parking

Limited parking also available at the venue if you wish to drive yourself. Be aware that these are remote roads with limited service. Gate code is 1121
